Título: Satélites inteligentes aplicados ao monitoramento ambiental em tempo real

Resumo: The work presents a proposal of an Intelligent System based on Smart Sensors devices to be used in a next generation of Real Time Remote Sensing Satellites. The proposal presents the majors aspects of a symbolic-connectionist approach concerning real-time environmental monitoring. The breadboard intelligent subsystems will be implemented in high performance computing and reconfigurable hardware towards space qualification of new VLSI devices. The major objective is to insert new possibilities of Artificial Intelligence techniques joint to real time direct georeferencing to be embedded as aeronautics and satellite payloads. This proposal introduces an Adaptive Smart System model joint to an on-board GPS added to a specific geodatabase applied to change detection and scenes interpretation on real time earth observation tasks.
